Wayed Vintage was set up by Dana Faisal Wolley in 2007 out of her love for all things from the golden Hollywood era, with Audrey Hepburn and Marilyn Monroe being her major style icons. The Dubai based online boutique and Facebook shop boasts wonderful collections including earrings, brooches, bracelets, necklaces and a whole lot of glamour.
Dana Fasial’s unique taste is apparent to everyone around her. Inspired by all things vintage and the old Hollywood glamour of the 40s, 50s and 60s, Dana came up with the name Wayed Vintage, because of how often she was told "shaklech wayed vintage" which means "you look so vintage", and "wayed" means so or a lot in the local Emirati dialect.
The majority of pieces in Wayed Vintage’s collection are genuine vintage jewelry pieces sourced from various places around the world such as Europe and the United States. With one-of-a-kind timeless pieces that you won’t catch anyone else wearing, Wayed Vintage pieces allow you to own a piece of history and carry a story with you wherever you wear them.
تم تأسيس وايد فينتيج من قبل دانا فيصل وولي عام 2007من منطلق حبها لكل ما يتعلق بالحقبة الذهبية لهوليوود حيث تعتبر كلاً من مارلين مونرو وأودري هيبورن رمزين رئيسيين للأناقة. وتفتخر البوتيك الألكتروني والمتجر على الفيس بوك بمجموعتها الرائعة التي تضم الحلق والروشات والأساور وقلادات العنق وغيرها الكثير من القطع الرائعة.
ويتجلى الذوق الفريد لدانا الفيصل لكل ما حولها، وقد الهمها كل ما هو كلاسيكي وسحر هوليوود القديم الذي يعود إلى الأربعينيات والخمسينيات والستينيات . وقد أطلقت إسم وايد فينتيج لكثرة ما سمعت عبارة الإعجاب " شكلك وايد فينتج" أي شكلك كلاسيكي جدا باللهجة الإماراتية.
إن معظم القطع التي تضمها مجموعة وايد فينتيج هي مجوهرات أصلية تم الحصول عليها من مناطق مختلفة من العالم مثل اوروبا والولايات المتحدة الأمريكية. ونظراً لأن القطع التي تضمها هذه المجموعة خالدة وفريدة من نوعها فلن تجدي شخصاً آخر يقتنيها وتتيح لك إقتناء قطعة من التاريخ أينما تحليت بها.
