52 Degrees is helping young aspiring Kuwaitis who have a dream of establishing their own business by launching the store's first Summer Business Program.
The program will begin on June 19th 2011 and end on July 12th 2011. It's not your typical “teach, learn and do” method. This time, all selected candidates will learn through practical daily training by working in all departments of 52 Degrees. Through this method, candidates will get to experience all aspects of owning and promoting a business. Every week a mentorship course will take place to follow up on work progress. Candidates will also work on their own business plan.
The students with the best business plans will get the chance to turn their dream turn into a reality. The management will award the the top three candidates with a Gold, Silver and Bronze prize.
The Prizes:
Gold: 1 year contract with 52 Degrees (free of charge)
Silver: 6 months contract with 52 Degrees (free of charge)
Bronze: 3 months contract with 52 Degrees (free of charge)
Terms and Conditions:
* Nominated candidates must be between the ages 16-22
* All candidates must be of Kuwaiti nationality
* All candidates must have a potential to create their own business in order to be nominated as a 52 Degrees trainee in this summer business program.
