The retired cop, also known as "The Dancing Cop" has been entertaining the streets of Providence, Rhode Island during the holiday season since 1984 and can still bust moves like it's the disco era. Tony uses every kind of dance you can think of from salsa, to hip-hop and jazz to even flamenco!
