As part of Poland's Katowice Street Art Festival,Valencia-based street artist Escif went and started painting on the side of a building and created this magnificent mural of a humongous on/off switch. This piece surely has some people turning their heads. Using different shades of grey and shadowing, the mural was given a three-dimensional affect, blending into the wall itself, with a minimal color palette and great use of space and depth. Escif is known as a political artist, basing his street art on recent political events and continually asks “does art have an impact in creating political change?”
