Dubai’s first American meatery, located within Madinat Jumeirah, is launching an all American brunch on Saturdays, where they will be reimagining a traditional brunch menu of eggs benedict, beans on toast, pancakes, and waffles, by adding their own twist.
The menu, which is created by Head Chef Brian Voelzing and his culinary team, will be served a la carte and includes both sweet and savory dishes that diners can enjoy starting from 11 a.m.

Options include beans on toast; reinvented as grilled crostini topped with brisket baked beans and an organic poached egg, as well as steak and eggs; which is transformed into an 1855 sirloin with two organic fried eggs, roasted tomato, and Portobello mushroom.

The sweet options include a sour cream Belgian waffle with fig jam, pomegranate maple syrup and fresh fruit; a buttermilk pancake stack with strawberry and black pepper glaze; and homemade muesli with organic Greek yogurt, granola, rosemary honey and fresh berries.

Sides include vanilla ice cream, fruit compote, and The Hide’s homemade apple butter, and guests can also order from the restaurant’s signature all-day dishes which include the ‘Tri Tip’ burger, ‘OMG’ onion rings, and rabbit and parmesan fritters.

The Hide also offers a ‘Meatopia Brunch’ every Friday.
