Blockbusters, remakes, comedies and so much more! There are plenty of movies to look out for these upcoming couple of months and here are some we're really looking forward to.

Iron Man 3

The arrogant, egotistical Tony Stark is back for the Iron Man trilogy. This sequel will be the most anticipated film from Marvel yet. Even though president and producer of Marvel Studios, Kevin Feige said that the upcoming comic book film is "not a serious movie", we still were awed by the trailer (which is a couple of sentences away) which features pretty dramatic scenes. More than one suit, a series of heart-breaking scenes and could we ever see Iron Man back after this one?

Les Misérables

Victor Hugo has surely created a classic with his novel Les Misérables in 1862 and captured three Tony Awards for the musical version in 1985 and has since then been a global sensation. Love, passion and sacrifice is what this film is about is surely to profit over its $61 million budget. Fans of the remarkable story will be pleased with the upcoming film featuring an all-star cast in 2012 which will definitely be a Hollywood triumph.

After the 25th anniversary of the musical concert, producer Cameron Mackintosh announced that filmmaking is back in work. Director Tom Hooper is known for this work on 'The King's Speech', 'The Damned United' and many other successful work. Hugh Jackman, Russell Crowe, Anne Hathaway, Amanda Seyfriend and many others are part of this must-see film which is set to be released Christmas day in the United States and we're all waiting here for the film to hit our cinemas!

The Heat

Sandra Bullock stars in this comedy film as an edgy FBI special agent who was never used to having a partner in crime until she is forced to join forces with Shannon Mullins (Melissa McCarthy). She plays a tough cop from Boston who is used to using tough and unconventional methods in taking down the bad guys but which could come in handy when trying to take down a Russian drug lord.

How will these two team up? Here's a little preview!

Parental Guidance

Raising children is not the easiest thing to do. But what if it comes to raising your children's children? Yes your grandchildren can be a handful and could make your miserable! Artie and Diane (Billy Crystal & Bette Midler) agree to take care of their grandchildren when their parents had to leave for work. This one is a great film to sit down with the family and have a couple of laughs like we did when we watched this trailer.

Man of Steel

It's a bird.. it's a plane.. it's Superman! The fictional superhero is back to the big screen next summer. Henry Cavill plays the caped superhuman who comes down from Krypton and is raised on earth by Jonathon (Kevin Costner) and Martha Kent (Diane Lane). There is more Hollywood stardom as Russell Crowe plays General Zod, the villain in Man of Steel.

Director Zack Snyder talked about the iconic character who is considered an American cultural icon. "Superman is the one constant in the universe. You know that if you do Superman right – or at least if you do him with respect – you know you end up with something great …. [but] in some ways [beyond] that is virgin territory. No one knows what that is. In some ways Superman is the most recognizable superhero on the planet but also the most unknown."

World War Z

Luckily we're only at two World Wars so we won't be having a plague of zombies attacking us any time soon so let's leave this one to Brad Pitt. The Golden Globe-winning actor is a U.N employee who must stop the possibility of a relentless zombie apocalypse. He travels the globe trying to save the people from an end-of-the-world catastrophe. Upcoming Hollywood star Eric West also stars.

G.I. Joe: Retaliation

We all loved the first G.I. movie back in 2009 where it made $300 million worldwide. We were all waiting for sequel after getting a tease from the first film at the ending credits that got us hyped up! We were thrilled finding out that Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson will be starring in G.I. Joe: Retaliation and (get ready ladies) Channing Tatum is back as Captain Duke alongside tough-guy Bruce Willis in this action-packed film coming to you March 2013. How will these three team up to defeat their mortal enemy, Cobra?
