A breakfast dish that not only kids will love, but will have adults lusting after it (possibly even more than the kids). Soft, fluffy pancakes laced with ribbons of Nutella running inside them. They're decadent as a breakfast treat, and can even be served as a post-meal dessert. Best of all, they’re easy to whip up in no time.

Ingredients

1 cup all purpose flour
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 tablespoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon butter, melted
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 egg
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons Nutella

Directions

Pour the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt in a bowl and set aside.

In another bowl, mix the butter, olive oil and sugar. Whisk in the milk and egg.

Add the egg mixture to the flour mixture and whisk until you get a lumpy mixture.

Add the Nutella to the mix, and whisk lightly. Be careful not to over mix.

Place a pan on the stove, add a little bit of oil and heat it to medium high.

When the pan gets warm, place a serving of batter inside using an ice cream scoop.

Cook on each side. When you see bubbles form on top – that's when it's time to flip them over.

When the pancakes become solid enough on both sides, yet still soft to the touch, then they're done.

Enjoy your chocolaty breakfast!
