Join artist Safeya Alblooshi in this soundscaping workshop that introduces participants to sound mapping, how to make DIY audio equipment, and sound archiving or manipulating.

Participants in this workshop will be given a practical demonstration of how to use found objects or found sounds to create a soundscape. There will be a short exercise on how to make a DIY contact mic, gather sound sources, edit the sounds, or prepare to use found objects for the final sound 'performance'.
