What?
Speculative Horizons is an exciting new collaboration between Kuwait and Australia that will feature contemporary Australian and Kuwaiti photography and develop an expanding dialogue between the regions.
Open call to all Kuwait-Based still and moving image-makers for the inaugural exhibition at CAP that will be staged during the Speculative Horizons symposium. This initiative will introduce Australian photography to Kuwaiti artists and promote cross-cultural exchange in the medium of photography with emphasis on collaboration and experimentation. Artists based in Kuwait are welcome to submit their still and moving image work that addresses the overarching themes of ‘Land’ and ‘People’ for consideration through the process outlined here.

Submit: 12 photographs at screen size (1200 pixels on longest length at 150 dpi)
