"I Am Here" is a collection of works begun in 2010 to create an artistic discourse to understand and challenge issues that Guiragossian has dealt with throughout her life, such as identity, existence, and survival as a human being, particularly as a woman.
Manuella portrays resistance against corruption and violence by using joyful and childish candor with bursts of color and strange creatures to tackle the darkest times in her life, from the Lebanese Civil War to the current horrors in the country and world.
With characters who raise their hands to be seen and say "I Am Here," she draws attention to the injustices and discriminations that women and children face in the world today, providing a small escape and relief during difficult times.
