Ithra is hosting Amakin, an exhibition of 21,39 (9th edition) curated by Venetia Porter. Amakin is an exhibition of contemporary and modern art that showcases the work of 28 international and regional artists, all of whom have a reputable career in the art scene.

This exhibition explores what the notion of “makan” (Arabic for “a sense of space”) means to each of the artists through various mediums, including painting, textiles, drawing, artist books, film and sculpture.
