Head over to the XVA Gallery, an art hotel and cafe, during February for an Islamic geometry design workshop by Author, Educator, and Artist Eric Broug.
Eric received his master's degree in the history of Islamic art and architecture from the School of Oriental and African Studies in London and he runs Broug Ateliers for Islamic Architecture, Arts and Crafts in Yorkshire, which creates contemporary Islamic art. He is also the author of the Islamic Geometric Patterns book.
From 16 – 18 February 2017, Eric will be holding a lecture and book signing, an introductory workshop, and a more advanced workshop at XVA.
