The S. Pellegrino Young Chef 2016 Middle East & Africa Award semi-final event is taking place today, and Kuwaiti Chef Azman Harda will be show casing his culinary skills to the top jury members of the competition.
Azman made it to the semi-final along with nine other chefs from the Middle East and Africa region. Originally from India, he currently works in the kitchen of popular Italian restaurant Nino.
S.Pellegrino Young Chef 2016, created by the sparkling water brand, provides young and talented youths with opportunities in order to promote up and coming chefs, as well as improve the fine dining culture worldwide.
The winning chef will go on to join 19 other regional finalists in Milan, during October, for the grand final of the competition.
