Using the recent veil ban debate in London as a source of inspiration, designer MarpLondon has created a very thought provoking art series. The recent stories on veiled Muslim women and the daily trouble they go through has evolved into a debatable matter and MarpLondon used design as a reply to government officials wishing to ban the veil in public areas.
Stating that "Harrods main customers are wealthy Arab women in their high heels", MarpLondon blends the veil with fashion items to highlight the debatable issue.
