Mochi, hosted a Ramadan Trunk Show in Dubai at Circle Café. Although an emerging new label, Mochi has fast gained popularity throughout the region because of their very unique and creative concept.
Focused on showcasing ethnic embroidery and stitching techniques by experienced artisans, Mochi designs clothes, handbags and accessories that are distinctly traditional in their craft but very current in their design.
At the one-day event, jackets, shorts, skirts and tops in traditional motifs and bright colors were available for sale. An eclectic range of sophisticated structured evening clutches and hobo style daytime shoulder bags with funky tassels were also available for sale. Accessories included edgy headbands with beautiful mirror work and the on-trend celebrity favored turbans.
