Alanoud by Alanoud Alhajri is a unique womenswear brand that embraces elegance and femininity yet maintains a touch of tradition. Her creations are meant for the modern Arab woman, Khaleejis in particular, who care about quality and craftsmanship, and yet want color and flair in their attire.
Born and raised in Saudi Arabia, and now living in Kuwait, the designer established her brand in 2011. She has a strong desire to create beautiful things, dresses in particular, and insists on sourcing the best quality material to be used for her label.
In her Spring/Summer 2013 collection, white is the dominant color, reflecting the fact that the Alanoud brand represents simplicity. Touches of gold give the designs a luxurious feel.
The designer is currently preparing for her first SS13 fashion show which will take place in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
