Service Hero, the only customer satisfaction index in Kuwait, revealed the results of a three-month survey for the best customer service brands based in Kuwait for 2012*. The 2012 country leaders in customer service are Emirates Airlines in first place, Caribou Coffee in second and Mais Alghanim in third.

First time winners included Emirates Airlines, Ahli Bank of Kuwait, Toyota and Signor Sassi.

Regarding the company assessment, Faten Abu Ghazaleh, President and Founder of Service Hero, said, "Now it is clearly evident that customers are not assessing companies based on their history or background, but solely on the services each company is providing. No matter how large or small the company, customers are being equally critical and ranking services based on how they’ve been served."
