Prada opened a new store last month at the popular Dubai Mall in Dubai, UAE. Designed by architect Roberto Baciocchi, who also designs all Miu Miu boutiques as well, the store is a 230 square meter space and offers both men's and women's bags, accessories and footwear collections.
The new Prada boutique's storefront is framed by Marquina black marble, a reflection of the luxury to be found inside the store. The interior walls are covereged in Prada's signature green fabric, while the carpet is a simple beige with a green and black border.
Display cases are made with crystal and polished steel, with marble drawers. The "Clover Leaf" sofas by Verner Panton, made exclusively for Prada, for the clientele to rest on are made with lush green velvet and are curved to resemble the clover leaf.
