American Olympic swimmer Michael Phelps beats yet a new record: The most decorated Olympian of all time, with a total of 19 medals!

In an unbelievably competitive race between South African swimmer Chad le Clos and Michael Phelps, le Clos beat the latter by five-hundredths of a second in the 200-meter butterfly at the London 2012 Olympic Games.

Even though le Clos won the gold and Phelps won the silver medal, Michael Phelps still managed to snag a new world record.
