الاحتفال باليوم العالمي لكتاب الطفل تحت شعار "اعاقتي لا تعيق قراءتي" تزامنا مع الاحتفال باليوم العالمي لكتاب الطفل فإن الأمانه العامه للمجلس الوطني يسرها دعوتكم لحضور هذه الإحتفاليه التي تقام يوم الأربعاء الموافق 18 ابريل 2012 الساعه 10:30 صباحا في مبنى مكتبة الكويت الوطنية المبنى الجديد مقابل متحف الكويت الوطني.

:برنامج الحفل المقترح

   قراءه بطريقة برايل بواسطة الورق و الكمبيوتر يقوم بها طالبان كفيفان من المدارس
·

    تقديم دروع أو شهادات تقدير للشخصيات المراد تكريمها و المشاركين في الحفل
·

   افتتاح القسم الخاص بذوي الحتياجات الخاصه بالمكتبه و جوله للضيوف في المكتبه
·

   على هامش افتتاح القسم سيكون هناك:
 عرض لبعض الأدوات و الجهزه المتعلقه بالكتابه و الثقافه الخاصه بالمكفوفين و عرض لوحات و مشغولات فنيه للعضوات الكفيفات
-    عرض صور فوتوغراغيه و مقالات ووثائق عن اهتمام المجلس الوطني بثقافة المكفوفين
-    عرض كتب و مؤلفات المكفوفين الكويتيين

An event  titled “My Disability Does Not Affect My Reading” will be organized by the Kuwait National Council for Culture, Arts and Letters to celebrate the “International Children's Book Day”. The event will take place on the 18th of April 2012 at 10:30 a.m in Kuwait’s National Library across the National Museum of Kuwait.

The event's program:

– Braille will be read from paper and computer by two visually impaired students.
– Opening up a new section specialized for kids with special needs and a tour of the library will be given for the guests.
– A display of some of the materials and equipments used in teaching the visually impaired along with a display of their artwork.
– A slide show with documents and pictures that reveal the efforts that were taken regarding the culture and lifestyle of the visually impaired.
– A display of books that were written by Kuwaiti’s who are visually impaired.
