The all new Lexus new 2+2 concept, the LF-LC, was unleashed at the 2012 Detroit auto show. This is one sharp car with forceful air intakes. Lexus reveals this concept and calls it, "Lexus Future".

The LF-LC, which was styled by Toyota's Calty design studio in California, is supposed to project the latest transformation of Lexus' new design language and output.

"Our entire studio worked to develop this beautiful interpretation of Lexus originality," said Kevin Hunter, president of Calty. "The LF-LC concept embodies our vision of what a premium sport coupe could be."

"Framed by a deep aluminum surround, the mesh pattern of the spindle grille takes 3D sculpture form, and functional air intakesin the bottom corners of the grille show the fusion of distinctive style and engineering functionality.Lexus LF-LC Concept Vehicle . Daytime running lights are shaped like an “L” while the vertical fog lamps utilize a fading dot matrix pattern to suggest a sense of movement."

Lexus doesn't reveal its secret about this wonder car. What do you think is hiding under the LF-LC's hood, hooked up to an electric motor, hybrid system with a supercharger, a couple of turbo's or a couple of extra cylinders? Something close to the IS-F's V8? Does it drive as well as a 911? Or because it's a hybrid it's going to be a V6? What do you think?
