The fashion scene in the region is extremely competitive and to enhance customers retail experience these days boutiques and stores need to rethink their online presence. Saudi-based D'NA (whom we've covered here before) is well aware of the importance of an online identity and have successfully created a virtual extension of their store and gallery.
Like the store, the D’NA site will constantly evolve with news and events. The Moodboard features a rotating selection of images and stories on all that inspires the D'NA team in the worlds of art, culture, fashion and travel. These include exclusive interviews with fashion personalities, cultural figures and inspiring travel destinations; all created by the international team of chic guest-editors scattered around the world from Beirut to Paris and beyond.
A lovely new feature is the new virtual Lookbook, which will offer a tantalizing glimpse at the exclusive designs that will be featured in the store each season. Expanding their technological reach and to celebrate their fifth anniversary, D'NA have created a custom app which will be available at the Apple store, as well as an iPad version of the site.
It's always great to see local stores constantly challenging themselves and embracing the online medium which almost everyone relies on nowadays. It's safe to say D'NA's brand new website is raising the bar when it comes to fashion websites in the region and we can't wait to see other stores start to create their own online identities.
