It all started when I spotted this museum’s sign on my way back home from an outing. I am a huge car fanatic so of course I had to go visit this wonderful museum. There’s an array of different cars in the museum including classic cars, vintage cars, and even some muscle cars. The car collection even includes a DB4 Aston Martin driven by none other than the legendary character of James Bond played by Sean Connery in the movie Goldfinger!
The collection of cars spans across approximately six decades and features cars from a wide range of car makers like Rolls Royce, BMW, Mercedes Benz, Cadillac, and even Volkswagen. The museum even features a couple of motorcycles that were used by the police in Kuwait before its state independence in 1961.
The museum will provide a little something for everyone and for people of all ages. This includes kids as there is an exact replica of Herbie the Volkswagen bug of the famous movie.
So if you want to have a good time and see some amazing cars, the museum is open Sunday to Thursday from 9:00AM to 12:00PM and 4:00PM-8:00PM.
Entrance to the museum is free. It is located in Industrial Shuwaikh, Block 8, Street 49, behind the Ford Dealership.
