This morning, on Wednesday 9th November, 2011, Formula One ace Lewis Hamilton visited Dubai before his big race in Abu Dhabi on November 13th.
On Sunday, November 13th 2011, Hamilton will will join some of the world's best drivers to kickstart the 2011 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix at the Yas Marina.
Today, however, the 26 year old Hamilton greeted fans outside the Reebok Store in The Dubai Mall, including the 27 winners from the "Meet Lewis Hamilton" competition held by Reebok across the Gulf and Middle East. Hundreds of fans and spectators gathered around the store to meet the motorsport champion.
Hamilton, whose sportswear is represented by Reebok, and who showed up wearing the latest in Reebok's ZigTech apparel, signed autographs, chatted with people and took numerous photos with the visiting crowd.
At the event held inside the Reebok store, Lewis Hamilton, currently racing for the McLaren team, said “It’s great to be back at the Reebok store in Dubai and meeting my fans in the UAE. I’m looking forward to the weekend and a great race.”
If you're going to be in Abu Dhabi on Sunday, the Grand Prix is one race you won't want to miss!
