Sheikha's paintings are guided by her intuition, which serves as a guiding force in her practice and drives every creative decision. She deconstructs and abstracts the world around her by using highly colorful and stylized forms. Her current paintings are made with acrylic paint that acts as gouache, allowing the painting to flow easily while still allowing for layering.
