Kage founder and designer Basma Abu Ghazelah presented her fun and bubbly Spring/Summer 17 collection at Fashion Forward Dubai. The designer, who launched her brand in 2009, showcased a casual collection incorporating pinstripes and a rainbow of colors.
The wearable collection played with the traditional shirt structure with dropped back panels, puffed sleeves, and exaggerated cuffs.
Basma also introduced a sparkling glitter material in pastel hues, adding a touch of glam to an otherwise office chic collection.
Another detail she subtle wove in was the juxtaposition of materials; jersey cotton was paired with a pinstripe color and glittered shorts for a playful, beach ready look.
The Kage spring/Sumer collection is perfect for working lunches in the sun to holidaying in the Med.
