With Ramadan edging closer, Vivaldi by Alfredo Russo – winner of numerous Italian kitchen awards – is preparing to welcome guests while continuing to renew classic dishes by adding a modern spin.
The restaurant will be serving these dishes within a seasonal menu available during the holy month of Ramadan in a contemporary experience complemented by views of the Dubai creek and city skyline.
The menu will include a tartaccio dish, which consists of beef tartar and carpaccio served with a parmesan cheese sauce, and rocca salad, or a red cabbage and beet salad, and gorgonzola ice cream and walnuts with a balsamic vinaigrette.
Other classical Italian dishes are available, including several types of pasta, one of which is the “Pappardelle Di Carbonara” and it is pappardelle pasta filled with a carbonara sauce. Another is the “Stracotto Di Vitello Alla Piemontese” which is a braised veal cheek on horseradish mashed potatoes and potato foam. Add a twist of Italy to your Ramadan.
