When it comes to the culinary experience, Le Royal Monceau encompasses three exquisite eateries within it’s walls. The first is La Cuisine, a French restaurant that offers a refined cuisine that will tickle your taste buds. Second and most notable is Il Carpaccio, the only Michelin-Star restaurant in Paris, and which is 30 years old to this day. In Il Carpaccio, talented Chef Roberto Rispoli serves up traditional Italian family recipes using only the freshest ingredients, which draws up crowds from all over the French capital. Finally, Le Bar Long, is a restaurant that is designed to feel like a living room, where guests can gather around and eat in an atmosphere that attempts to relive the roaring 1930s.
