After filming in twelve cities, spanning over twelve weeks, Mohamed and Peyman Parham Al Awadhi are back again to share their travel adventures in Peeta Planet. Premiering in April 18, the entrepreneurial brothers jetted around the globe in their kandouras and ghutras looking for off the beaten paths for a more personal journey of cross-cultural and idea exchange.
Hoping to inspire young changemakers around the Middle East with some of the stories and experiences of entrepreneurs the world over, the brothers aim to practice "social travel" and view places through the eyes of local people whose work and passions are somehow shaping the future of their cities. Fully reliant on social media followers, or as they call them #PeetaPilots, to determine the direction of the show, Peeta Planet is a regional pioneer in both social TV and social travel, and is one of the first of its kind around the world.
