The inaugural Saudi Design Week will taking place between 9-15 February 2014 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The design event aims to raise the awareness on the importance of design and encourages all the local and regional upcoming talents. Created by O Art Projects, Saudi Design Week is hosting a fair that is devoted to supporting design products by emerging designers, they will provide a platform for them and provide them with an opportunity to display their creative pieces.
Starting off with a design forum that includes a series of talks by well known designers across the world over two days, the forum will be followed by the Design Week which is a weeklong schedule of curated exhibitions, workshops and products.
Saudi Design Week will also involve shops, galleries and cafes in different Saudi cities that show their support through decorating the country with art and design. Make sure not to miss out on this one of a kind experience!
