Hayaa AlFadhel, who recently got an Edexcel BTEC Diploma in Art & Design and will major in Fashion Design this year in the Royal University for Women, and her mother- who learned sewing from her mother and took courses in Bahrain and then started designing for family and friends- together created the very popular Bahraini fashion label Dar Naseem AlAndalos.
Most of their clients are from the GCC, mainly Bahrain, KSA, Qatar, UAE and they have recently also ventured into the Kuwaiti fashion scene. Their designs have been showcased on catwalks around the region and some of the highlights of their career includes hosting a fashion show for HRH Princess Sahab bint Abdullah Al-Saud and recently participating in the Doha Fashion Festival with international designers like Abed Mahfouz.
The ladies bring their clients looks that are current and on-trend while at the same time using traditional handwork and details. Some of their most memorable designs include an off-white French brocade dress toped with a chiffon cape belted from the front for Spring-Summer 12 and a long sleeved French brocade mermaid cut dress with the draped shoulders and draped waist from Spring-Summer '13.

Dar Naseem AlAndalos have an Atelier in Bahrain, but they do take international orders and ship worldwide. Soon, they will be stocking in Jo La Mode Qatar as well as other retail places in Riyadh and Dubai.
