Super-car enthusiasts in the Middle East, get ready for this. The McLaren P1, a 3.8-litre twin-turbo charged V8 monster with a price tag that hurts more than a break-up will make its Middle Eastern debut at the Dubai International Motor Show from the 5th till the 9th of November. That's not all. Its baby brother, the award-winning MP4-12C has its own racing version of the almost $300,000 super-car, the track-only GT Sprint which will also make a special appearance in Dubai.
Ever since McLaren unveiled the beautiful P1 at the 2012 Paris Motor Show, fans in the Middle East waited for it to cross over to the Gulf region and finally, the wait is over. All lights will be on The Dubai Trade Centre come November 5th and I for one cannot wait. With only 375 McLaren P1's to be built, just seeing it should be partially satisfying. The regular 12C and the convertible 12C Spider will also be at the auto show so really, you don't want to miss this!
