Have you witnessed the creative shift? If you work in, or with, any creative industry, you must have noticed a change in trends, perception, and overall shift in culture. Which is why on the 28th and 29th of May, 2013 an event titled The Shift will take place in Kuwait, attempting to explore the creative shift in the region.
On Tuesday 28th May, a discussion panel "exploring a cultural shift" will take place with selected panelists including Architect Dr. Nasser Abulhasan, Architect Joaquin Perez, graphic artist Mohammed Abuhekmah, Dr. Alanoud Al Sharekh, Architect Barrak Al Babtain, and moderated by Raneem Farsi. The discussion panel will be followed by the launch of youraok.net a new creative networking platform based in Kuwait.
The following day on Wednesdat 29th May, a comedy show will take place in the same location at 6:30PM featuring comedians Moayad Al Nafaie, Sheikha Al Khaldi, and The Improvengers.
