As a teenager I was fascinated by the monthly cycles and started reading up about natural fertility, how to prevent PMS and period cramps. Later when I started working as a clinician I saw a lot of women with PCOS, endometriosis and irregular cycles as well as those who were after natural contraception and those who could not get pregnant. This led me to deepen my knowledge and specialize in the area of natural fertility. In addition to natural fertility and natural medicine, I also received a Masters degree in Reproductive Medicine from the University of New South Wales in Australia.
What can you tell us about The Natural Fertility Prescription?
The Natural Fertility Prescription (NFP) is a four month home-study course that teaches infertile couples how they can take control of their own fertility and dramatically improve their odds of conceiving using safe approaches that have proven effective.
What is the success rate?
This method is shown to reverse infertility in over 80% of infertile couples and nearly double the IVF success rate from 25% to 47.1%.
