Ralph Lauren Kuwait hosted an event on the 10th of April in collaboration with Hayatt Breast Cancer Foundation. To shed light on an important cause, Ralph Lauren offered a limited edition bag for auction at their store in the Prestige, Avenues.
The event started with a word from Mrs. Ingie Chalhoub and Mr. John Hooks, RL President Europe, who introduced the bag that was auctioned. The auctioned bag was a beautiful limited edition Ralph Lauren "Ricky" bag in crocodile leather.
Among the attendees at the event were Sheikh Mubarak Fahed Al Salem Al Sabah and Sheikha Paula Al Sabah. Many other guests placed bids on the bag and all proceeds went to the Breast Cancer Foundation.
“It is a great honor to have one of America’s signature brands, Ralph Lauren, in Kuwait. It is particularly heartening to see the important role they are playing in raising awareness on breast cancer here in Kuwait,” said US Ambassador Matthew Tueller.
